“I’ve been dabbling in baking for roughly 10 years as a way to get through the stresses of grad school, but have been much more focused on it in the past 1.5 years since moving to Winter Hill. I grew up in Kolkata, India, where baking is not at all common, but I have always had a sweet tooth. Aside from baking, I practice Indian classical music and am an avid painter.”
